Yes its a pain. You can do cam to cam with iChat, but only for the Mac other ... You can also use Adium as a messenger ... Then, find the plug-in that lets you use your webcam that allows

Why not simply buy a USB camera, which only U.S. $ 5-ER
I think there are problems with MSN and Apple does not - surprising, since MSN is a Microsoft.
An alternative is to use the Gmail. This is a video chat system is working well with Mac
