Tips on closet storage (from a walk in to barely any closet)? - standard closet rod height

I move this month, now have one foot in the closet with shelves and three great bars for hanging storage.
I moved into a house where my office is not even as big as a standard bedroom closet. It is probably having a width of four meters, a few feet deep, but a normal size. I'm trying to understand how I can organize my clothes and where I can save (in the cheapest way possible, I am) a student.
I observe a strong foot, but I can not say that the function of the best break for daily use and not.
I have a 9-cube cube, which I now use to store small things, books, etc., so I thought to use it to get clothes and things that are now on the market.
