Ideal time frame for bulking and cutting? - ideal muscle percentage of women
My original plan was to the increasing weight for about 5-7 months.
I am one months into the plan and I notice an increase in the percentage of fat, is not only natural, but expected.
My concern is that discarding the coming months. I am concerned about the timing and feasibility of the method. Usually this is done in time smaller bulk 2 months, 2 cut in a month?
My numbers are too extreme? I want to build muscle mass and optimal fat loss is optimal for the coming summer. Any tips?
