I say this from the bone marrow on eBay. At one end was a USB end on it and the other had the kind of things that would put the cables red, white and yellow from your game console or DVD player, etc.. I can play PS3 games on my computer? or do I need a special monitor?

Is it a USB external tuner / capture card, you can. But looks like the time in the definition of low for the PS3 is like garbage when I try to play on the monitor with the capture card.
