I put it after the shower. They tend to smell more strongly, deodorant, but nothing really noticeable. It is like regular deodorant really hard.

Just take a morning in the shower and put them on and after the OK for the whole day. I used only once per day. twice a day for a very, very sticky. but thats takes a lot to me, running and other things that I feel the need to
